Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery sessions and qualification call to understand customer needs, challenges, and business drivers; identify product fit and assess opportunity size and value.
- Advise customers on the technical aspects of products and solutions within the Spacewell portfolio.
- Design a combination of Spacewell solutions that meet customer needs and fit within the budget.
- Create technical documentation and presentations to communicate the proposed solutions.
- Lead value-based demonstrations and presentations that tell a compelling business story, highlighting ROI and TCO benefits rather than focusing solely on product features.
- Respond to technical questions and provide in-depth technical insights during customer interactions.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their needs and challenges and adjust solutions as necessary, with the Sales Executive being commercially responsible.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through open communication and trust.
- Understand business processes and use cases to provide advice and develop solutions.
Key Skills / Experience:
- Proven experience in presales or solution consulting for SaaS or subscription-based software
- Experience in real estate, facility management, workplace, or data/analytics domains desirable
- Strong enterprise sales cycle exposure, including discovery, qualification, value-based demos, RFI/RFP support, business case creation, and support through to closure.
- Excellent rapport-building and presentation skills; able to hold the room in customer meetings, handle objections confidently, and build trusted advisor relationships at multiple levels.
- Demonstrable ability to work independently in a build-from-scratch environment, taking initiative to create your own processes, tools, and playbooks with minimal supervision.
- Solid data and analytical acumen, comfortable discussing ROI, TCO, KPIs and using data-driven storytelling to articulate business value rather than just product features.
- Experience collaborating with international / cross‑cultural teams
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written), with the ability to explain complex concepts concisely to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Team-oriented mindset with a high level of collaboration, able to partner closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, and other Presales colleagues to shape deal strategy.
- High degree of adaptability and resilience, comfortable working in a changing, scale-up style environment with evolving processes and priorities
