About the Role:
Tool Administration:
- Manage day to day configuration and administration of CRM systems (Salesforce & HubSpot) and related sales tools.
- Implement new tools or features based on the needs of the sales team and business requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT on technical issues and changes.
User Support & Enablement:
- Act as the first point of contact for tool related questions and incidents.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and short workshops.
- Onboard new sales colleagues to tools and processes.
Data Management:
- Safeguard data quality through clear guidelines for data entry and usage.
- Perform regular data audits and ensure compliance with data policies.
- Support reporting and analytics needs of the sales team and Management.
Process & Integration Improvement:
- Map sales processes (from lead to deal) and translate them into smart tool configurations.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and IT to improve processes and reduce manual work.
- Support and test integrations between CRM and other systems (marketing automation, ERP, quoting tools).
- Test and validate updates and new functionalities before deployment.
Performance Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse tool usage and adoption.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (CRM, Excel, Power BI).
- Proactively recommend improvements based on insights from analyses.
Required Skills / Experience:
- BA Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, (Sales) Operations, or equivalent through experience.
- Hands on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce (HubSpot is a plus).
- Knowledge of sales enablement, marketing automation, and quoting tools.
- Experience with system integrations and basic understanding of APIs.
- Strong data management skills and understanding of data governance principles.
- Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
- Experience in user training, onboarding, and documentation.
- Basic project management skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
Preferred Skills / Experience:
- Experience in Real Estate, Facility Management, Workplace, or Data Analytics domains desirable
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum is a plus
