What you'll do
- Strategic Leadership: Lead Solibri’s direct sales initiatives by developing and executing a global hunter strategy that prioritizes new logo acquisition in high-growth and emerging markets.
- Market Expansion: Proactively identify opportunities to open new geographies and customer segments for Solibri. Build systematic outbound campaigns and drive the full sales cycle, especially in North America, Japan, and other expansion regions.
- Demand Generation & Early-Stage Funnel: Collaborate closely with digital marketing teams to co-create modern demand generation engines. Optimize conversion from awareness through to qualified opportunity, leveraging data, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
- Team Empowerment: Inspire, lead, and coach a results-driven, multicultural sales team, emphasizing high-performance prospecting and early-stage pipeline development.
- Executive Collaboration: Report directly to Solibri’s Chief Commercial Officer, partnering strategically with leadership to align commercial and marketing efforts for market development.
- International Influence: Travel widely, build trust, and drive engagement with stakeholders and prospects in target geographies.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Work with Nemetschek group entities to leverage synergies and accelerate new business wins.
- KPI-Driven Performance: Deliver on measurable KPIs for new customer acquisition, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates.
What you bring
- Proven Hunter Experience: 8-15+ years in B2B software sales with a strong track record of new logo acquisition, territory building, and outbound success.
- Demand Generation Mindset: Expertise collaborating with marketing to drive modern lead generation and optimize early-stage funnel conversion.
- Software/SaaS Sales Mastery: Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles, subscription models, and full-cycle deal management.
- Market Expansion Record: Demonstrated results in opening new regions and verticals, preferably in technology-driven sectors.
- Technical Selling Ability: Capable of engaging with technical and C-level stakeholders, using consultative and solution-based approaches.
- Digital Savvy: Advanced CRM, marketing automation, and social selling competency.
- BIM Knowledge: Advantageous but not required; ability to quickly learn and credibly position Solibri’s solutions in the AEC sector.
- Collaboration Excellence: Diplomatic, cross-functional approach working with marketing, product, and group teams.
