As the Finance Manager for our Benelux entities, you will play a key role in driving financial excellence and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the finance and reporting function for all Benelux legal entities, including accounting, payment transactions, and cost center management.
- Preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Controlling, streamlining, and optimizing financial processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delivering valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and foster business growth.
- Supporting quarterly forecasting and the annual budget process.
- Managing relationships with banks, suppliers, and other financial partners.
- Ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance and administration team consisting of two employees to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborating closely with the FP&A, Controlling, and Data Analytics teams at ALLPLAN in Germany.
- Managing external service providers, including auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
- Reporting directly to the CFO Benelux and acting as a trusted finance partner to the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in business administration with a focus on finance and/or controlling
- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting and controlling
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
- In-depth IT knowledge, especially knowledge of relevant ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is an advantage)
- Confident manner in an international environment
- Analytical and goal-oriented thinking and working style
- High degree of initiative, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Very good written and spoken Dutch and English skills, French is an asset
