Strategic Business Analyst

ALLPLAN enables architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals to transform project delivery by connecting teams and data throughout the entire lifecycle. We are looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to strengthen and grow long-term relationships with our existing customers. You will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and growing revenue across both strategic and mid-sized accounts. Leveraging your relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and industry knowledge, you will act as a trusted advisor to help clients maximize the value of ALLPLAN’s BIM solutions.

As a Business Analyst reporting to the COO and Head of Strategy of you will work at the intersection of business, technology, and people. You will play a key role in strategic projects, operational excellence programs, and organizational transformation initiatives across ALLPLAN

Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze business reports and dashboards, analyze business problems, needs, and goals to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business and product strategy
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives
• Continuously monitor and analyze business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Support change management and training initiatives related to new systems or processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience as a Business Analyst in strategic consulting enviornment, ideally 1-2 years professional experience in management consulting
• Experience of working with software/SaaS related business highly beneficial
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling
• Comfortabel presenting analsys to senior leadership
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
