As a Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding and managing ALLPLAN’s partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and supporting strategic partners to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer success. You will act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring strong relationships, mutual value creation, and world-class execution. This is a unique opportunity to shape the partner landscape of a leading international software company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand ALLPLAN’s reach and capabilities in key markets and segments.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners, acting as their advocate within ALLPLAN.
- Enablement & Support: Develop and deliver partner enablement programs, including training, resources, and joint marketing initiatives to ensure partner success.
- Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance, providing actionable insights and support to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Go-to-Market Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner activities with ALLPLAN’s go-to-market strategies and objectives.
- Contract & Compliance Management: Negotiate partner agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather partner feedback and market intelligence to inform program enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
- Event Participation: Represent ALLPLAN at partner events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the software or technology sector.
- Expertise: Proven track record in building and managing partner relationships, driving joint sales initiatives, and supporting high-performing partner ecosystems.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizations.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Technology Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and partner management tools.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is required. This role involves collaboration with partners and distributors across North and South America; therefore, professional fluency in Spanish is required.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of ALLPLAN’ s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $100,000 - 120,000 plus eligible commissions.
