About the role:
The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a key advisor to brand leadership, driving key initiatives across talent management, organizational design, and culture development. This role partners senior leaders and global HR teams to align people strategies with business goals, manage change, and ensure compliance with labor laws. It requires strong expertise in leadership development, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior HR advisor to brand leadership, driving talent, succession, and organizational development initiatives.
- Lead the execution of HR strategies aligned with global priorities, including workforce planning, culture transformation, and organizational design.
- Manage complex employee relations, legal compliance, and labor relations in collaboration with unions and works councils.
- Partner with COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions and support leadership on key business and people priorities.
- Drive talent management processes including, onboarding, internal mobility, and leadership development.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, employee engagement, and change initiatives to inform executive decision-making.
- Mentor and develop less senior HRBPs and act as role model for HR best practices.
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or in a Senior HR role within a complex organization.
- Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, leadership development, and labour relations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives, manage reorganizations, and drive culture transformation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Deep understanding of labor law, compliance standards, and experience working with employee representatives and unions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
- Fluent language skills in English and German.
