As part of our aggressive growth strategy in the Americas, we are looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure we meet our revenue growth targets by generating high-quality pipeline, scaling our digital presence, and driving measurable impact through strategic marketing execution. 

 

What You Will Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Bing, LinkedIn)
  • Own all social channels (LinkedIn + YouTube) and maintain a consistent posting schedule
  • Build and send promotional and nurture emails in HubSpot 
  • Manage website performance from a conversion and SEO standpoint
  • Track, report and optimize for CPL, MQLs, and overall channel performance

 

What Your Week Might Look Like

  • Launch a new paid search campaign
  • Schedule social posts across three brand channels
  • Analyze and improve performance of a key landing page
  • Send a nurture email and optimize based on engagement
  • Build a dashboard to show ROI by campaign and channel

 

How We Measure Success

  • Marketing Qualified Leads generated by channel (MQLs)
  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Landing page conversion rate
  • Email open and click-through rates
  • Social media engagement and growth

 

What We Need In You

  • Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to run and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Bing and LinkedIn
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar) for email marketing and automation
  • Understand of SEO principles and website CRO
  • Proficiency in GA4, UTM tracking, and campaign performance reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple brand priorities
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to jump in and figure things out
  • BONUS for industry experience (AEC)
