As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring digital marketing actions to promote our company and our solutions in the building design sector. You will be involved in all digital communication activities, from content creation to advertising campaign management, including the organization of online and physical events.
You will work closely with our sales, technical and strategic teams to ensure the consistency and impact of marketing actions, while maximizing visibility and customer satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and relevance of the communication tools used, in line with the sector's requirements and best practices.
This role is Hybrid to our office in Lincoln, Nebraska.
What You Will Do
- Organization and management of webinars (planning, replays, broadcast).
- Design and follow-up of email campaigns and newsletters.
- Regular updating and optimization of the website.
- Creation of varied content (articles, videos, visuals) for social networks and the blog.
- Management of online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, SEA).
- Contribution to internal communications (newsletters, collaborative platforms).
- Organization of events and participation in trade shows.
- Translation and adaptation of content for different audiences.
- Updating sales tools and strategic intelligence in collaboration with marketing teams.

- Marketing Qualified Leads generated by channel (MQLs)
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Landing page conversion rate
- Email open and click-through rates
- Social media engagement and growth
What We Need In You
We are looking for an experienced candidate with at least 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in software publishing or technology solutions.
Your mastery of digital marketing tools and techniques, combined with your understanding of customer needs and market requirements, will be your greatest assets for success in this role.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- BONUS for industry experience (AEC)
- Excellent command of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEA, Google Ads, analytics).
- Expertise in digital content creation (videos, articles, visuals).
- Good knowledge of email campaign management and CRM tools.
- Event organization skills (webinars, trade shows, etc.).
- Project management: ability to plan, execute and measure performance.
- Team spirit: you collaborate effectively with different departments.
