Our People & Culture team in Munich is currently seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist (all genders) to support the end-to-end lifecycle of Allplan employees. In this role, you will cover various HR generalist tasks and strongly support payroll activities. Your main responsibilities
- You independently own key HR operations processes for Germany and act as a trusted contact for employees and managers.
- You manage payroll preparation and coordination with external providers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- You maintain employee data, time management, and absences in SuccessFactors and ensure high data quality.
- You support the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, documentation, onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
- You ensure compliance with labor law and regulatory requirements and support audits and HR-related reviews.
- You improve HR processes and contribute to international projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- You work closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders and support local benefits and HR topics.
What you'll bring
- You hold a degree or commercial qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- You bring at least 5 years of operational HR experience, ideally in an international or matrix organization in the DACH region.
- You have solid experience in payroll, time management, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
- You have a sound understanding of German labor law and HR compliance requirements.
- You are comfortable working with HR systems; SuccessFactors experience is a strong plus.
- You work in a structured, reliable, and discreet way and have a strong focus on quality and detail.
- You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken (C1 for both).
