We are currently looking to hire a Business Analyst who will provide data an insights to leaders across the Build and Design Division:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze business reports and dashboards, analyze business problems, needs, and goals to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business and product strategy
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives
- Continuously monitor and analyze business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Support change management and training initiatives related to new systems or processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
