We are looking for an experienced Post Merger Integration Program Manager  to lead cross-company integration initiatives and bring newly acquired or existing brands into our evolving global IT ecosystem. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead complex, cross-brand IT integration projects across infrastructure, workplace, collaboration, identity & access, security, and core business applications.
  • Assess the IT environments of acquired or existing companies and translate findings into pragmatic, phased integration roadmaps.
  • Drive standardization of group-wide IT services while balancing local needs and legacy realities.
  • Collaborate closely with local IT leaders, business stakeholders, and external partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Establish and run project plans, budgets, risks, and steering committees in a growing and maturing IT governance environment.
  • Feed lessons learned back into our global IT reference architectures, service definitions, and integration playbooks.
  • Travel occasionally to group companies (approx. 20–30% depending on project needs). 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Post Merger Integration
  • 7+ years of IT project management experience, especially in multi-stakeholder or integration-heavy environments.
  • Proven experience integrating IT landscapes of acquired or standalone companies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT: infrastructure, networks, cloud, workplace, collaboration, IAM, and security fundamentals.
  • Experience working with legacy systems and multi-entity environments.
  • Hands-on experience with hybrid PM methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and hierarchy levels.
  • High ownership, pragmatism, and the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Fluency in English
