Responsibilities:

  • Handling the day-to-day operations of accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting 

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB for Allplan GmbH and Allplan Deutschland GmbH 

  • Managing payment transactions and intercompany reconciliations 

  • Close collaboration with international subsidiaries and the central Finance & Accounting team of the Nemetschek Group 

  • Acting as a contact person for auditors and tax advisors 

  • Participation in projects, process optimization, and digitalization initiatives 

 

Requirements: 

  • Graduated with a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification/qualification as an accountant 

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting, established accounting knowledge and financial statement security according to IFRS and HGB 

  • Experience in using MS Office, experience with D365 an advantage  

  • Sound knowledge of written and spoken German and English 

  • Independent, structured, reliable and service-orientated working style
