The Director, Sales and Operations, Singapore, will lead and manage the country’s sales and operational  functions across the Nemetschek brand portfolio. This executive role is responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and market expansion in Singapore, ensuring alignment with global objectives while adapting to local market dynamics. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in enterprise software sales, operational leadership, and cross-functional team management within a fast-paced, multinational environment. The Director will also assume a Representative Director responsibility in the Graphisoft Asia - Singapore operation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Sales Leadership & Strategy
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth assigned targets across the Nemetschek brand portfolio in Singapore.
    • Lead high-performing sales teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and ongoing coaching to meet and exceed objectives.
    • Engage with key enterprise clients, C-level executives, and government agencies to drive business development and strategic deals.
    • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and deal structuring for large-scale enterprise solutions.
  • Operational Management
    • Ensure effective alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams for seamless execution and delivery
    • Optimize internal processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, revenue forecasts, and market insights to the executive team
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements, and local regulatory standards
  • Market Expansion & Partner Ecosystem
    • Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and system integrators to scale the business in Singapore.
    • Develop and implement partner enablement programs, ensuring partners are equipped to represent and sell company solutions
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and adjust to market trends
  • Team Development & Leadership
    • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and operations teams.
    • Foster a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and success metrics.
    • Drive employee development, career progression, and ongoing learning initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer enablement teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
    • Work closely with global and regional leadership to ensure alignment and share best practices
  • Any other related duties and ad hoc projects as may reasonably be assigned by the organisation from time to time

 

What We Are Looking For

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership and operations, with a strong background in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology solutions
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling sales and operations teams, driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore and broader APAC technology market.
  • Experience in contract negotiations, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
