The Global Digital Performance Media Principal is a hands-on, results-driven leader responsible for driving demand generation and measurable business growth for our SaaS technology supporting all sister brands. This role requires deep expertise in paid digital channel optimization, analytics, tagging, and advanced measurement enablement. As a critical leader of the Demand Generation team this person will jump in on day one, drive change across the Nemetschek brands while building a scalable Performance Media team, systems, and process around them.
Nemetschek Group is a global software leader serving the AEC/O industry through a portfolio of specialized brands, including Bluebeam. Each brand maintains a distinct market focus and regional execution, while aligning to Nemetschek’s broader global strategy and digital transformation initiatives. This role plays a critical part in connecting those layers, partnering with Bluebeam and other brands to scale performance media capabilities, standardize best practices, and drive measurable growth across the group.
About the Role
Digital Performance Strategy & Execution
- Development and execution of digital performance media campaigns across paid channels with expertise in channel optimization across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Analyze media systems and campaigns to identify opportunities and size impact
- Develop tests to optimize media performance against control parameters.
- Own paid channel analysis, multi-campaign set-up (Search PPC, PMAX, digital display, Demand Gen, etc.), bid management, creative optimization, conversion strategy and reporting.
- Have a strong understanding of B2B CRM platforms and offline conversion tracking, with the ability to adapt media and attribution strategies.
- Skilled in tracking leads through the full funnel and optimizing for quality metrics such as sales-qualified leads (SQLs), beyond platform conversion volume.
Measurement, Analytics & Attribution
- Trouble shoot and configure advanced tag management solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager GA4, etc.) to ensure accurate tracking.
- Manage media and conversion attribution from first touch, last touch, multitouch attribution to maximize media performance and impact on business outcomes
- Partner with data science and analytics to build and automate reporting.
- Establish tagging and data infrastructure for end-to-end analytics and performance tracking
- Collaborate with leadership on media budget strategy, allocation, and forecasting to ensure efficient capital deployment across channels and alignment with growth objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally brand teams, agencies to advise digital media strategies.
- Build and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
AI Channel & Content Optimization
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure our content is discoverable and recommended by AI-powered answer engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
- Build and optimize modular, structured content (frameworks, glossaries, templates, and processes) that AI can confidently reuse and recommend.
About You
- 7+ years’ experience as a leader in full funnel user acquisition, with a proven track record of managing and scaling multi-objective paid media campaigns that show high incrementality
- Deep, hands-on expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads), including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience, with a collaborative and agile approach to team management.
- Demonstrated ability to build, launch, and optimize demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Proficiency in tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager), web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), CRM (SFDC), and attribution modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, conduct incrementality and A/B testing, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) and content management systems is a plus.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex strategies and results to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Adobe/Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.) are a plus.

- Expert in marketing technologies specifically Marketing Automation (Marketo, HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Analytics, (Google Analytics)
- Agency and/or media consulting background.

The base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $153,800 – $192,300
