Global HR Business Partner

Nemetschek is seeking an experienced and proactive Global HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to provide both strategic and hands-on support to the top management of its global functions. This pivotal role requires an experienced professional adept at implementing a full spectrum of key people initiatives within a complex international matrix organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering strategic HR guidance and implementing programs. They should excel at building trusted professional relationships, managing competing priorities, and adopting a hands-on approach to solution design. Key responsibilities include supporting the global functions across the matrix organization, leading the people-focused aspects of business transformation, and navigating selected projects at Headquarter level. The role involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the organization, including subject matter experts and leaders. 

Responsibilities:

• Champion as a global business partner, supporting multiple global functions such as Accounting, Finance, HR, and IT.
• Implement strategic HR Business Partnering best practices.
• Drive global HR solutions in collaboration with Centers of Expertise and Brand HR, i.e. in Talent and Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Change Management, and fostering a growth mindset.
• Support business transformation by providing strategic guidance on key people topics, and ensuring effective people processes in the global matrix structure aligned with the people strategy and programs.
• Lead people-focused initiatives, including organizational design, workforce optimization, and performance improvements.
• Manage additional projects with a hands-on approach.
• Collaborate with employee representatives and manage workers' councils where applicable.
• Strengthen collaboration across regions, Brands, Corporate Functions, and People & Culture. 
• Ensure strategic and operational excellence in daily activities. 

Skills required:

• Minimum 10 years experience in HR, thereof multiple years as HR Business Partner spanning multiple countries or regions, ideally in Software industry, construction industry or industry close to software (e.g. ecommerce).
• Deep knowledge in the bandwidth of strategic HR Business Partnering, Team Development, Organizational Change Management, Culture change and key people topics.
• Strong knowledge of local law requirements and local works council procedures.
• Proven experience in implementing global and/or regional programs in matrix organization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation as well as communication skills supporting the change success.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate across Brands and functions.
• Strong balance between strategic thinking and operational excellence, with a hands-on approach and appetite for detail.
