What will your responsibilities look like?
Risk Tracking
- Prepare, maintain, evaluate, and update process mapping and risk documentation
- Analyse similarities and differences in comparable processes, and data flows, to propose harmonization steps
- Liaise with process and control owners for timely reporting, and support escalations
Change Management
- Conduct research, as directed, for risk and reporting topics
- Monitor and analyse remediation of items identified in Risk Tracking
- Support new processes and projects in a structured manner, facilitating process harmonization and a standardized Nemetschek Group approach
Reporting
- Issue regular questionnaires and surveys to capture issues, insights, and change needs
- Monitor incoming reports to flag unusual items or involve additional parties if necessary
- Challenge reported items to improve accuracy and completeness
General
- Communicate intra-departmentally to improve reporting lines, transparency and collaboration
- Prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations
- Support process and control owners in day-to-day business
- Be a part of Risk Management in all daily functions and tasks as well as long-term workplans
- The focus of this role will be EU-centric but tasks will include Global needs
What do we expect from you?
- Successfully completed degree in Finance, Business, or a related field or several years (+3) relevant experience in the risk management field
- Background or professional certifications in audit, advisory, or controlling preferred
- Strong mathematical/financial and analytical mindset and demonstrable real-world problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in a digital environment and the ability to work efficiently with both in-house and remote-working colleagues
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and trust
- In-office presence 5 days a week preferred, 2 days a week minimum, with some global travel expected; visibility and accessibility to process owners is a key part of this role
