- Monitor developments in international financial reporting, assess the impact of new IFRS guidance, prepare implementation proposals and drive their aligned execution across the group.
- Prepare and document accounting positions and technical memos on complex transactions, and align them with our external auditors.
- Further develop and quality-assure group-wide accounting guidelines and related internal controls.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects such as the group reporting and consolidation landscape, M&A integration, process automation and the annual report.
- Leverage digital tools and AI to strengthen technical accounting analyses, documentation and process efficiency.
Your Profile

- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position at an auditing firm or in the group accounting function of an internationally operating company.
- Excellent technical knowledge of IFRS (especially IFRS15) and proven experience in applying and interpreting new standards.

- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working.
- High degree of flexibility and a strong collaborative mindset in an international, cross-cultural environment.
- Affinity for digital tools and artificial intelligence, with a practical interest in applying technology to technical accounting analyses, documentation and process improvements.
