We are looking for an elite Regional Sales Leader to  drive our "Build" portfolio and capture the most lucrative phases of the construction lifecycle. This is a new, high‑impact individual contributor role focused on enterprise and strategic accounts.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a heavy-hitting Regional Sales Director to act as the tip of the spear in penetrating the execution phase of SEA’s most critical mega-projects. You will own and exponentially grow the direct enterprise pipeline for our Build portfolio (including Bluebeam and GoCanvas). This role requires a specialized leader who speaks the language of General Contractors, intimately understands site operations, and can directly map our solutions to a contractor's bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation & Enterprise Sales: Own and scale the direct enterprise pipeline targeting the Top 50 General Contractors and construction management firms across 8 strategic countries.
  • Drive Multi-Year ELAs: Position Nemetschek’s solutions as the ultimate, indispensable tools for digitizing site execution, DfMA/prefabrication workflows, QA/QC, and supply chain collaboration.
  • Strategic Market Capture: Prevent legacy competitors from locking us out of construction sites by establishing our Build solutions as the industry standard for execution-phase digitization.
  • Executive Relationship Building: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, negotiating directly with C-suite executives at top-tier construction firms.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record in closing multi-million-dollar Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) within the construction tech, SaaS, or AEC software space.
  • Deep understanding of the construction lifecycle, specifically the execution phase, site operations, and mega-project dynamics.
