We are seeking an "Ecosystem Architect" to unify our Pre-Sales and Customer Success engines under one cohesive, high-performance strategy.
The Role
The Pre-Sales & Customer Success Director will be the definitive technical authority for our region. You will bridge the gap between complex enterprise sales cycles and long-term SaaS adoption. Leading a high-performing regional team of 10+ Solution Engineers and Customer Success Managers, you will standardize technical playbooks, drive adoption during our critical SaaS transition, and ensure we exceed our Net Retention Rate (NRR) targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Scaling: Direct, mentor, and scale a regional team of 10+ SEs and CSMs, establishing best-in-class workflows for both pre-sales scoping and post-sales adoption.
- Technical PoC Leadership: Act as the ultimate technical authority during Top 50 enterprise sales cycles. You will design, present, and deliver complex, multi-brand Open BIM workflows that decisively displace legacy competitors.
- Channel Enablement: Elevate the technical competency of our newly rationalized partner network. You will train partner pre-sales teams on cross-brand integrations and advanced SaaS deployments.
- Drive SaaS Adoption: Prevent silos between pre-sales and post-sales. Ensure that complex enterprise ELAs translate into successful, sticky SaaS deployments that minimize churn and maximize profitability.
What We Are Looking For
- A seasoned technical executive with deep expertise in SaaS deployments, Open BIM workflows, and the AEC/O software ecosystem.
- Proven experience managing and scaling technical teams (Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, and/or Customer Success) of 10+ individuals across the APAC/SEA region.
- Ability to architect complex software integrations and effectively translate them to both highly technical users and C-suite decision-makers.
