Key Responsibilities

  • Support in maintaining and mapping IT processes within the company’s process management system (ARIS)
  • Support of the IT governance team in design and development of strategic IT documents and guidelines in Confluence
  • Assist with process design and optimization in an enterprise setting
  • Collaborate with various international stakeholder to develop and rollout new or updated IT processes
  • Preparation and harmonization of IT governance documents and policies

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date process documentation in Process Management System to improve process transparency and compliance
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes in close cooperation with the IT Governance team
  • Support the continuous improvement and standardization of processes in the area of IT governance
  • Contribute to the implementation of defined improvement measures, e.g. by maintaining templates and guidelines and documenting process changes

Qualifications

  • Ongoing university studies in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable field
  • Fundamental knowledge of process modeling language BPMN required
  • Experience with process management systems such as ARIS, Visio, Signavio, or similar is advantageous
  • Knowledge of relevant governance standards and frameworks advantageous (ITIL, COBIT, APQC)
  • Knowledge of project management tools advantageous (Confluence, Jira)

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical, structured and independent work style, with eagerness to familiarize with new topics
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, international environment
