What will your responsibilities look like?

• You are the central point of contact for our customers for all technical and subject-specific questions about our software solution dTwin
• You carry out requirements analyses, presentations, workshops and training for our customers on site and remotely.
• In close coordination with your sales colleagues, you analyze and evaluate customer needs, define the necessary measures for software implementation and onboarding and successfully drive the process.
• You support your sales colleagues with tenders and offers.
• You represent dTwin at customer and partner events.
• You play an active role in the further development of the software based on customer-specific requirements.

What do we expect from you?

• Successfully completed degree in computer science, civil engineering, architecture, business studies or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of software consultancy, sales, customer success or similar – knowledge in the AEC/O industry a plus.
• Tech enthusiasm and the motivation to disrupt the industry with a new innovative solution.
• Service orientation and customer first mindset.
• Flexibility, solution-oriented way of working and ability to work in a team.
• Strong communication skills
• Business fluent in written and spoken in English
