We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to grow our overarching Nemetschek Group business. In this role, you are responsible for identifying market opportunities in the AEC/O segment globally and within our broad range of brands and products. Based on your findings, you create and execute compelling stories targeting those defined market segments through all channels. In your role, you act globally in close collaboration with the marketing and sales leadership of the Key Account Team and our brands. You will report to the Vice President of Key Account Marketing.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research on target audiences and industry trends, using both primary and secondary sources; create target and account lists in collaboration with Sales.
  • Develop and tailor the solution messaging to different stages of the customer journey using various digital channels, events, webinars, emails, and content creation.
  • Develop marketing and branding strategies for the solutions define and launch new product bundles/cooperations and identify new customers and segments, using data-driven insights and innovative tactics.
  • Establish and maintain targeted customer and industry partnership networks, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
  • Provide ongoing reports and insights on marketing campaign performance, solution penetration, lead generation, and ROI to senior management and stakeholders, using clear and compelling visuals and narratives.
  • Perform competitor analysis and market research to inform product decisions and recommendations.

  • Ability to craft compelling and consistent product messages that highlight the value proposition and differentiation, create engaging content, and distribute them through the appropriate channels and platforms.
  • You work well and cooperatively with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization, and you foster a culture of trust and mutual respect.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills in different modes and formats, such as verbal, written, visual, and digital.
  • You are always up to date with the latest trends and developments in the product and marketing domains, you can adapt to changing customer needs, market conditions, and business goals.
  • You can handle multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously, and you are flexible and resilient in a fast-changing product and marketing environment.

 

Experience: 

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role in the B2B software industry, preferably in the AEC/O industry
  • Degree in marketing, business or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • You have worked in or with international markets, and you are familiar with the challenges and opportunities of working in a matrix organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing and branding strategies for products and increasing market share and competitiveness.
  • You have a deep understanding of the marketing frameworks and tactics that drive product success, and you can apply them to different scenarios and goals.
  • You have a broad network and contacts in the marketing field, and you can leverage them to set up and execute multiple strategies and campaigns in different markets.
