What will your responsibilities look like?

  • First point of contact for all employees in the area of 1st and 2nd level support within the IT Service Desk 
  • Processing incoming tickets via ticket system and telephone - remote and on-site
  • Recording, categorizing, prioritizing and resolving incidents & service requests 
  • Supporting users with standard applications (focus on Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11) 
  • Installation of hardware and software and their documentation 
  • Setting up, maintaining and documenting authorizations (Active Directory) 
  • Support in the area of asset and license management, especially in the recording & tracking of hardware  Collaboration and further development of various systems in the area of client management & automation 
  • Active and independent collaboration in various IT projects

 

 

What do we expect from you?

  • Completed vocational training, ideally as an IT specialist or comparable technical training or alternatively completed studies in the field of computer science 
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable role 
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft products (Office 365 and Windows 11, Intune), in the area of IT Service Management, PowerShell and MDM solutions (JAMF)
  • Professional experience in IT administration is an advantage, especially in the area of Service Desk, Client Management & Windows Server systems 
  • ITIL Foundation certification desirable 
  • Friendly and service-oriented appearance 
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working 
  • Initiative and an affinity for new technologies and automation 
  • Very good German language skills and good written and spoken English skills
