Project Manager, IT Transformation (m/f/d)

We are currently going through a global IT transformation across all of the brands within the Nemetschek Group, and are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Transformation Project Manager to join our team . In this role, you will support and lead a variety of exciting and impactful projects, including our global IT transformation and day-to-day operations within the company. Key responsibilities:

• Support the  global functional leads in finalizing the IT Matrix Transformation process and implementing global procedures
• Project lead for transformation tasks from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, identify risks, and align with stakeholders on mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Cooperates close with the group transformation office and HR teams
• Act as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders
• Drive and contribute to effective communication of updates and changes within IT and to the workforce at large
• Conduct research and provide data driven insights from project plans to support strategic decision-making for the leadership team  
• Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain a KPI dashboard for executive meetings, providing data-driven recommendations
• Support cost controlling activities and workforce planning in alignment with strategy and mid-term projects
• Organize and prepare meetings, workshops, and executive engagements for the CIO and senior stakeholders

What we would like to see in you:

• Successfully completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar role (e.g., consultant, management assistant, Chief of Staff, project manager, or similar, with some exposure to IT)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Curiosity and digital literacy, with a willingness to explore new tools and technologies
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Fluency in English required; German proficiency is a plus
