Manager, Investor Relations (m/f/d)

As part of our continued growth, we are now looking to appoint a Manager, Investor Relations (m/f/d). 

What will your responsibilities look like:

• Successful positioning and further development of the Nemetschek Group on the capital market
• Further development of the equity story and the investor relations strategy including the implementation of the associated measures
• Regular communication with investors and analysts as well as the organization of and the participation in roadshows and capital market days
• Preparation of corporate and ad-hoc news and contribution to interim and annual reports
• Preparation of company presentations as well as market and competitive analyses
• Preparation of analyses for the targeted identification of new investors
• Close collaboration with the ESG team in the areas of CSRD reporting and ESG ratings

What we would like to see in you:

• Successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in investor relations, equity research or investment banking
• Interest in the AEC/O and media industries ideally and enthusiasm for financial and capital market topics
• Structured, analytical and methodical way of working
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team and service orientation
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Business fluent in German and English
• Service orientated
• Based in Germany and if not located in Munich, you must be willing to visit the the Munich office regulalry for quarterly earning reports, AGM's conferences etc
