What will your responsibilities look like?

• Collaborate with the CPO's team on key strategic projects 
• Craft compelling presentations and data-driven reports 
• Implement and document cross-organizational learning paths 
• Streamline process documentation efforts 
• Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources 
• Support annual goal-setting initiatives 
• Assist in project management Tasks

What do we expect from you?

• Master's student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, or Psychology 
• Consulting experience a plus 
• Strong data analysis skills and quantitative mindset 
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel 
• Fluent in English and German 
• Self-starter with keen attention to detail 
• Passion for software/tech industry
