What will your responsibilities look like?

• You are the first contact person to oversight the different SLAs level and reports
• You define together with the service owner the SLAs, KPIs, reports
• You insure the financial settlement of the services
• You are ensuring together with Legal and Controlling the contract framework, GDPR compliance and the cost management
• You support the CIO in improvement potentials
• You standardize document and group wide communication
• You are part of our global IT organization

What do we expect from you?

• Successfully completed studies in informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years (3+) of relevant professional experience, preferably in the IT SLA management
• Organized and structured way of working
• Enthusiasm for IT processes
• Ability to work independently, solution-oriented and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Strong communication abilities
• Ability for interdisciplinary coordination
• Assertiveness in technical matters
