IT Portfolio & Transformation Manager (m/w/d)


Responsibilities:

 


Skills required:
  • Derives the strategic portfolio roadmap and portfolio backlog from the Nemetschek vision
  • Manage the portfolio backlog and keep artifacts clean and up to date
  • Optimize the value flow through the portfolio using varios tools such as Portfolio Kanban and Portfolio Overarching Metrics
  • Track progress of portfolio elements and increase project and agile maturity of the organization
  • Improve program project management tools and processes
  • Define project management standards based on requirements
  • Ensure that elements of the portfolio are inline with overall IT Strategy
  • Manage Risks and business escalations.
  • Collect Project Initiatives from Brands in standardized form and generates Project Portfolio
  • Manage diverse ongoing smaller IT Projects.
  • Manage project budget figures
  • You have successfully completed a Bachelor of Science in IT or Business Administration or similar
  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in the area of IT Project and Portfolio Management
  • You stand out due to your knowledge in project management and its methods
  • You enjoy working in complex structures and a dynamic business environment
  • You have excellent communication skills and a systematic and results-oriented approach to work
  • You are a team player and a high level of service orientation is self-evident for you
  • You have a professional approach to modern tools, e.g. Microsoft TEAMS, MS Office 365 and agile tools
  • You have a very good written and spoken knowledge of German and English
