Head of Transformation Office and Chief of Staff (m/f/d)

Reporting to the Group Chief Transformation and People Officer, the role leads the Group Transformation Office and acts as the central enabler for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

In addition, the position holder acts as Chief of Staff for approximately 20% of their capacity. In this capacity, the role holder reports directly to the Group CEO and supports the preparation and follow-up of Board and Senior Leadership Meetings, as well as the preparation of key communication documents, analyses and decision-making materials.

Transformation (~80%):

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the group’s transformation strategy
• Coordinate cross-functional transformation programs with a focus on digitalization, operational efficiency, and cultural change.
• Serve as the central point of contact for transformation efforts across the organization.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to align transformation goals with business priorities.
• Manage the Transformation Office, including governance structures, KPIs, roadmaps, and communication frameworks.
• Identify transformation opportunities through data-driven insights and market trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Build a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across the group.

Chief of Staff (~20%)

• Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives to be led and executed by the Transformation Office
• Organise and structure Executive meeting agendas, including follow-ups and action tracking
• Prepare key documents for CEO/CFO communications (e.g., “State of the Union”, client updates)
• Align and manage the corporate calendar
• Coordinate with VGI (Visual Graphics India)
