Nemetschek is looking to appoint a new Global Head of Total Rewards (m/f/d) to lead the company in developing and delivering a holistic, fair and competitive and globally harmonized Total Rewards scheme in line with Nemetschek's values and culture to attract and retain top talent. This role demands a proactive and ambitious expert, experienced in overseeing the bandwidth of all compensation & benefit procedures of companies of a similar scale and international presence. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of leading the design and implementation of total reward philosophy and programs, integrating internal and external best practices and continuous benchmarking and improving. The role will report directly to Group Chief People Officer and liaise with multiple stakeholders of the organization including subject matter experts and C-Level.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Developing and implementing a global Total Rewards Strategy

  • Take ownership for harmonizing solutions and processes, e.g. global grading methodology, bonus structures, merit processes, LTI program, benefit and incentive programs

  • Implement solutions aligned with the people strategy and programs

  • Collaboratecloselywithcolleaguesacrossregionsanddivisions

  • Play a key role in ensuring strategic as well as business excellence in day-to-day activities

  • Leading a small team of total rewards experts (direct or dotted reporting line)

 

Skills required:

 

  • Deep expertise in all areas of Total Rewards (grading, bonus structures, benefits, merit processes, ...)
  • Proven experience in implementing global and/or regional programs in matrix organization
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation as well as communication skills supporting the change success
  • Leading, empowering and collaborating in diverse teams
  • Strong balance between strategic thinking and operational excellence, with a hands-on approach and appetite for detail
  • Mathematical and analytical skills to drive data-based decisions in line with Nemetschek’s position as an employer
