Nemetschek is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Global HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to provide both strategic and hands-on support to the top management of its global divisions and functions. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional adept at implementing a full spectrum of key people initiatives within a complex international matrix organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering strategic HR guidance and implementing programs at brand level. They should excel at managing competing priorities, building trusted professional relationships, and adopting a hands-on approach to solution design. Key responsibilities include contributing to the success of the company’s HR transformation and leading the people-focused aspects of business transformation. The role involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the organization, including subject matter experts and C-level executives.
Responsibilities:

Act as a global business partner, supporting a division or multiple functions

Champion and implement strategic HR Business Partnering best practices and support the shift to a global matrix structure

Drive HR transformation, enabling the business to leverage global HR solutions in Talent and Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Change Management, and fostering a Growth Mindset.

Provide strategic guidance on key people topics and ensure effective implementation of People processes within Brands.

Support business transformation by delivering solutions aligned with the People strategy and programs.

Lead people-focused initiatives, including organizational design, workforce optimization, and performance improvements.

Manageadditionalprojectswithahands-onapproachtodriving change.

Collaboratewithemployeerepresentativesandworkers'councils where applicable.

Strengthening collaboration across regions, Brands, Corporate Functions, and People & Culture.

Lead a small team of HR Business Partners with direct or dotted-line reports.
Skills required:
- Minimum 10 years experience in HR, thereof multiple years as HR Business Partner spanning multiple countries or regions, ideally in Software industry, construction industry or industry close to software (e.g. ecommerce).
- Deep knowledge in the bandwidth of strategic HR Business Partnering, Team Development, Organizational Change Management, Culture change and key people topics
- Proven experience in implementing global and/or regional programs in matrix organization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation as well as communication skills supporting the change success.
- Strong ability to collaborate across Brands and functions.
- Leadership experience, ideally direct and indirect leadership, empowering and collaborating in diverse teams.
- Strong balance between strategic thinking and operational excellence, with a hands-on approach and appetite for detail.
