We are looking for an Account Based Marketing Manager to grow our Enterprise business. As an Account Based Marketing Manager, you will identify and convert a set of target accounts, increase influence, and build up executive engagement and long-term customer relationships. You will raise the awareness and adoption of our solutions in a defined set of accounts in close collaboration with our Sales teams. This is a remote or hybrid position with a focus on business in the US and European Markets and reporting to the Vice President of Key Account Marketing,

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute multi-touch account-based marketing plans that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within the most strategic accounts, using data-driven insights and best practices.
  • Launch and manage marketing campaigns and materials using various digital tactics, events, webinars, emails, and content creation, ensuring alignment with the account’s needs, preferences, and decision-making process.
  • Work closely with the sales teams and other marketing colleagues to align on account goals, messaging, materials, and best practices, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
  • Support in market and account research to identify key industry sectors, organizations, and personas to target with customized and relevant marketing strategies.
  • Track and measure the progress and impact of marketing campaigns on account engagement, pipeline, and revenue, using ABM platforms and tools.
  • Provide ongoing reports and insights on marketing campaign performance, account penetration, lead generation, and ROI to senior management and stakeholders, using clear and compelling visuals and narratives.
  • Manage and improve the ABM tech stack in collaboration with other internal stakeholders. Be the advocate for ABM approach within the organization.

 

Skills we would like to see in you:

  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in account-based marketing, B2B marketing, and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop and repurpose written sales and marketing copy that is personalized and relevant for each account.
  • Ability to coordinate and create cutting-edge marketing campaigns and materials that set the benchmark in your segment, from presentations to exhibitions to integrated digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and measure the progress and impact of marketing campaigns on account engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Proven strategic planning skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to navigate through highly dynamic and technically complex solutions, especially within the AEC/O segment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, always with a focus on the team’s collective success

 

Experience: 

  • Degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in account-based marketing or similar roles with a proven track record
  • International experience; maybe in a matrix organization.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is required, ideally in the field of AEC/O.
  • Knowledge of ABM and Sales Intelligence tools and how to leverage the power of technology and automation.
