We are looking for a Key Accounts Executive to expand Nemetschek’s Net New business as well as within our top-tier and strategic accounts. In this customer facing role, you will work closely with sales leadership to ensure proper alignment with Nemetchek’s overarching purpose and strategic plan while maintaining and cultivating strategic customer relationships, coordinating sales and marketing activities and developing a go-to-market strategy for these accounts.

 

What you will be responsible for:

  • Account Planning and Execution
  • Pipeline Management and Forecasting
  • Hunting for new business/new customers and expanding existing business
  • Further qualification of leads (Marketing Qualified Leads)
  • Discovery and Solution building for customers/prospects
  • Carrying out customer visits
  • Creation of customer profiles and customer presentations
  • Drive the sales process until the contract is signed
  • Close collaboration with the Brands and Resellers where applicable
  • Active participation in the definition and development of Key Account sales processes
  • Participation in trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain the required expertise
  • Able to demonstrate solution selling approaches(ideally in the AEC/O area)
  • High sales affinity and a strong customer orientation
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as experience with various presentation techniques
  • Sound knowledge of common sales tools (e.g. Salesforce) and sales methodologies like Solution Selling, MEDDIC, etc.
  • Confident conversation and negotiation skills as well as a professional, engaging demeanor
  • High degree of initiative and agility in a start-up environment while maintaining a high focus on achieving sales goals
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 50%

What we would like to see in you

  • 10+ years selling SaaS software (preferably in the AEC/O space)
  • Experience selling products from different brands
  • Strong skills in hunting for new business while also managing existing accounts
  • You live near a hub city near a major airport (US Only)
  • Self Starter and Self Manager
  • Experience working deals from $100k ARR to $1M ARR
  • Strong knowledge of the design and construction space

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Nemetschek’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $120,000 to $145,000 + eligible commissions
