The Strategic Analytics Manager manages the people, processes, and products that support all data, reporting, and analytics needs as it relates to corporate planning and strategy.  This team drives insights and analysis, standardizes reporting, develops forecasting models, and optimizes processes. This role serves and works cross-functionally with the Executive, Strategy, Finance, and People teams, and heavily partners with the Operational Analytics Manager.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Mentors and develops direct reports.
  • Creates, modifies, and manages team processes to ensure high quality deliverables.
  • Reviews direct reports’ work products to ensure high integrity.
  • Researches, shadows, and interviews strategic teams to understand business needs and processes.
  • Defines and builds necessary data models to create or enhance BI reporting.
  • Collects and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data from the enterprise perspective using advanced methods.
  • Develops, optimizes, and automates multiple strategic forecast models, including but not limited to, revenue forecasting and workforce planning.
  • Solves problems while aligning with strategic teams to solve and implement processes that enable teams to achieve their goals.
  • Leads projects from conception to completion.

About You:

  • 5-8 years relevant experience in an analytical or data science role, with a minimum of 1 year in an analytics lead or management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree; preferred educational or professional experience in a STEM field.
  • Service oriented with exceptional people management skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong experience with statistical analysis and BI tool proficiency.
  • Proficient with machine learning and process automation.
  • Proficient reporting user experience and visual design.
  • Excellent tactical organization and process oversight.
  • Experience working cross functionally and exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base salary range for this position is $125,700 – $157,100.
