We are looking for an Staff Quality Engineer to join our team!
About the Role
- Defines test cases, test plans, and quality metrics.
- Identifies areas for test automation and work with the team to implement.
- Works with junior QE engineers to guide them in best testing practices, review team member’s test cases, and results.
- Collaborates closely with developers, product managers, and delivery managers to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout development.
- Integrates automated test into CI/CD pipelines to ensure that quality checks are part of delivery process.
- Identifies, documents, and tracks defects, ensuring thorough communication regarding severity and impact.
- Analyzes potential risks related to the quality and stability of the product and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
- Provides mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers, helping them develop technical and soft skills. Lead and coordinate the QA team in complex or large-scale projects, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to timelines.
- Ensures thorough testing before product releases, including release notes, critical fixed are validated. Manage test environments as they reflect production settings.
About You
- Experience working at the Staff or Principal-level in a QE role.
- Strong experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, C#, etc.to write test scripts and troubleshoot issues.
- Proficient in test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- In depth understanding of Salesforce and experience testing in salesforce.
- Testing complex CRM products, and thorough understanding of CRM architecture.
- Proactive approach to problem solving & setting best practices.
- Experience leading automation efforts in cross-collaboration with Dev teams.
- Experience influencing junior Quality Engineers with better testing techniques, and test planning.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $110,000 – $150,000
