The Sr Sales Incentive Analyst administers Bluebeam’s internal sales compensation plan as well as the external channel partner rebate calculations. The Sr Sales Incentive Analyst is responsible for timely and accurate calculations. To ensure that our internal and external compensation programs are effective and align with Bluebeam’s goals, this role works cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Data Operations, Finance, Legal, and People Team.
About the Role
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources (examples: PBI, Salesforce)
- Calculate the compensation owed according to the plans in place
- Communicate the compensation earned and how it was calculated
- Assist in developing and managing sales compensation plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation and reporting systems for sales compensation plans.
- Assist in the tracking of sales incentive programs; SPIFs, Presidential Club
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Multiple years of experience in compensation analytics in a SaaS environment .
- Salesforce, Excel, PBI and Captivate IQ proficiency
- Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to understand complex relational datasets

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $77,100 - $96,400
