The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist is a strategic role within the customer delight organization, responsible for maintaining our sales enablement platform and resources, implementing process and procedures for platform health, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to drive sales performance and efficiency. This role goes beyond traditional training to encompass sales optimization, content strategy, technology management, and data-driven performance analysis.

The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist serves as the bridge between sales strategy and execution, working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to create scalable enablement programs that accelerate deal velocity, improve win rates, and enhance overall sales productivity. This position requires a strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex sales data, implement technology and process solutions, as well as design comprehensive enablement strategies that align with business objectives and revenue goals.

As a Bluebeam sales leader, this role partners with the other teams at Bluebeam, including but not limited to, Technical Account Management, Sales Operations, Professional Services, Technical Support and Legal/Security to effectively guide team members and customers through purchases of Bluebeam products and services. 

What we would like to see in you:

  • 4-6 years of experience in internal enablement, sales enablement, sales operations, or strategic sales support roles within B2B SaaS companies, with demonstrated progression in scope and responsibility
  • Strategic Analysis and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex sales data, identify trends, and develop strategic solutions to improve sales performance. 
  • Proficiency in e-Learning tools, development, and implementation. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in creating dashboards, analyzing sales metrics, and translating data into actionable insights using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or similar platforms. 
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from conception to completion. 
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership and create compelling business cases. 
  • Content Development and Management: Experience creating and managing sales content repositories, ensuring content relevance and accessibility across the sales organization.

What you’ll do:            

 

  • Manage the sales enablement content repository. Cross functionality work with stakeholders to ensure information health and consistent expansion to empower sales teams.
  • Recommend and implement platform expansion and integration efforts to ensure scalable and accessible content
  • Work with Ops to Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems to measure sales enablement program effectiveness, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Design and implement comprehensive content strategies that support the entire buyer's journey, including competitive battlecards, sales playbooks, proposal templates, and customer success stories. 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success leadership, Operations, and People teams to understand the needed skills, identify current gaps, and create mitigation programs
  • Partner with Sales Ops to optimize turning process and tool enhancements into trainings in an effective and data-driven way
  • Work with Sales Enablement subject matter experts to deploy training for new sales hires and create continuous learning paths that reduce ramp time and improve long-term performance.

Nice to have:

  • Advanced Analytics Experience: Experience with advanced analytics tools, SQL, or business intelligence platforms. 
  • Methodology Certifications: Certification in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Value Selling, or Challenger Sales. 
  • Change Management Experience: Proven experience leading organizational change initiatives and technology adoption programs. 
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of construction technology, architecture, or engineering software markets preferred.
  • Experience with different LMS systems i.e. Scorm LMS, Mindtickle, and LinkedIn learning.
  • Experience working with Articulate and SCORM

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $77,100 - $96,400
