The Senior Product Manager will bring focused attention to the tasks required to develop the market analyses, competitive intelligence, helping create joint value proposition with M&A or partnership and evaluate product synergies.  This role also helps teams create products by delivering data-driven insights about customers and markets, including areas of improvement in the product lifecycle. They provide insight that drives management decisions on product direction and investment.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Core Analytics

  • Utilize market intelligence to define Product positioning & joint value propositions.
  • Analyze data pricing to define market product positioning & jointly with Bluebeam products.
  • Define the packaging options, along with Bluebeam products, to clearly differentiate the joint offering to the market.
  • Analyze the size and share, competitive position, and identify specific market opportunities.
  • Analyze internal and external data to determine market conditions, dynamics, trends, drivers, size as well as new growth opportunities through joint product value proposition.
  • Track the different product performance launched in the market and analyze and provide business leadership with insights and foresights of product performance and customer dynamics that will help inform strategic and tactical decisions for Nemetschek.

Product Analysis

  • Create financial analyses for developing growth model.
  • Develop pricing guideline, where we clearly define the value-based pricing, use market intelligence on pricing definition.
  • Develop analyses which allows to have tight coupling of willingness to pay & feature and conduct product analysis to determine requirements for product success.
  • Perform market research and analyze market data, identifying consumer behaviors and trends.
  • Create polls, interviews, and surveys to gather user feedback on product features.
  • Create Product roadmap & use data to understand customer perception of products.
  • Drive the product and business planning processes for cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze the revenue, customer retention, growth and clearly develop the metrics on key product features / value prop driving the growth or churn.
  • Support metrics, reporting and cross functional engagement from different department.
  • Develop & maintain common system of records for all the product management documentation, configuration.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. The base pay range for this position is: $125,700 - $157,100
