We’re hiring a Sr. Partner Enablement Specialist that will be responsible for managing the development, and administration of partner training courses and certifications in the Partner Training LMS. The Sr. Partner Enablement Specialist works closely with Channel Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders to identify partner enablement needs and creates and manages the appropriate content and programs to address them.

 

About the Role:

  • Works closely with internal stakeholders, including Channel Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to define partner enablement needs and supporting the enablement strategy for Bluebeam’s partner ecosystem.
  • Builds world-class, scalable, and successful enablement content and programs for external partners around the globe.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts in product marketing, product, and sales to conceptualize, create, and refine course content and materials.
  • Manages partner enablement courses and certifications within the Partner Training LMS.
  • Creates and maintains a reporting suite that illustrates the efficacy of enablement programs.
  • Covers administrative tasks related to the partner enablement program, ensuring project tasks are prioritized and completed as required by set deadlines.
  • Creates and manages an organized training catalog/reference system.

 

About You:

  • Confident presenting to both in-person audiences and virtual groups of professionals
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or channel enablement, with a focus on training delivery and/or curriculum development
  • Background in or knowledge of the AEC industry strongly preferred
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or training within AEC or adjacent industries highly desired
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, CAD programs, Revit, BIM, CMS, or other AEC software solutions is a strong plus

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Salary Range: $77,100 - $96,400 + annual bonus
