About the Role:

The Senior Manager of Innovation Engagements is responsible for driving the integration of emerging technologies, such as AI/ML, into customer projects within the AEC industry. This role focuses on aligning innovative solutions with business outcomes to maintain a competitive advantage for Bluebeam while enhancing client relationships and contributing to the company’s strategic vision and growth and leadership in the industry.

 

  • Design, lead, and scale Bluebeam’s co-development program.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management for customer innovation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into statements of work and proposals for co-development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for high-value members and applicants to the co-development program.
  • Work cross-functionally to define, develop, and validate new co-development opportunities.
  • Facilitate ideation and co-creation workshops comprised of internal and external participants. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues, demonstrating a can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Stakeholder management: Create and present executive-level reports on project status and key performance indicators.

 

About You:

  • Senior-level experience (10+ years) in delivering customer-facing initiatives and outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of Bluebeam’s products and their use in the AECO industry
  • Demonstrated Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder development projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, workflows, and the construction technology landscape.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively present to all levels of a business, including the C-Suite
  • Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and software development principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable leading without authority by building consensus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base salary range for this position is $129,400 - $161,800
