We are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Financial Systems Administrator to join our FIS team! The Financial Information Systems (FIS) team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that financial systems are optimized, secure, and aligned with the broader goals of the Finance Department and the organization. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on identifying opportunities for improvement and driving innovation in financial systems. This individual will support and maintain the company’s financial systems, primarily Adaptive Insights and OneStream - while leading automation initiatives and optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. You will also play a key role in the company’s transition from Adaptive Insights to OneStream, eventually retiring Adaptive Insights.

 

About the Role

  • System Administration:
    • Configure, maintain, and update Adaptive Insights and OneStream platforms to meet business needs as we scale.
    • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of financial system data.
    • Manage user roles, access permissions, and overall system security.
    • Oversee and test system updates, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Process Improvement and Automation:
    • Act as a self-starter, proactively analyzing current processes and identifying enhancements to reduce manual efforts and enhance efficiency.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive initiatives to optimize workflows, reporting, and system utilization.
    • Work closely with the Manager of FP&A Systems and Analytics to design and implement process improvements.
    • Automate and streamline reconciliation processes between financial systems.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Manage integrations between Adaptive, OneStream, and other systems (ERP, CRM, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow.
    • Develop and maintain financial models within the systems to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Design and manage dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
    • Support data governance initiatives, including validation, reconciliation and compliance with internal standards.
  • Training and Support:
    • Provide training materials and guidance to system users, ensuring they maximize the tools’ functionality.
    • Serve as a point of contact for system-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.

About You

  • Familiarity with financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. (ex. Excel, Power BI)
  • Basic understanding of system integrations and data management principles.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Quickbooks, or other financial software.
  • 6+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or financial reporting

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $77,100 - $96,400 + bonus incentive
