As the Senior Channel Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Bluebeam’s channel partners in the Americas region. You will work closely with our value-added resellers, distributors and Bluebeam channel account managers to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with our business objectives.

 

About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 marketing consultation to partners to help create marketing plans that drive growth.
  • Oversee the allocation and utilization of MDF, ensuring optimal use to maximize ROI and partner engagement.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners to gather insights, provide support, and optimize marketing initiatives based on feedback.
  • Plan and execute the annual Americas Regional Forum for our partners, ensuring a high-quality experience that fosters engagement and drives business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and global marketing teams to align channel marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Track and analyze the impact of channel marketing activities, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Lead and support various projects to enhance partner engagement and market penetration.

 

About You:

  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and indirect sales models – specifically with VARs and Distributors.
  • Experience managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF), forecasting and evaluating marketing ROI.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) tools and platforms
  • Event planning and execution experience.
  • Exceptional project management skills with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and adopting processes.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce), and data analytics tools.
  • 5-7 years of experience in channel or partner marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base salary range for this position is $91,600 - $115,000 + Bonus incentive
