Sr Specialist, Payroll

The Senior Payroll Specialist assists with the organization and Shared Services’ payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with global government regulations.

About the Role:

• Process accurate and timely payroll for weekly, semimonthly, and monthly processes for multi-state, international locations, and US Shared Services.
• Review and validate time entries, PTO Requests for all hourly and salaried employees for all global entities.
• Process manual checks, including final checks as needed.
• Reconcile payroll data and prepare the necessary journal entry and upload it into the ERP system for posting.
• Be the first point of contact and support for any employee-related payroll questions and inquiries.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end tasks, including reconciliation and preparation of journal entries and year-end forms
• Prepare and provide support for internal and external auditors as required and needed.
• Prepare and run ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Assist and support the Manager, Payroll in developing and implementing better and more efficient processes.

About You:

• Minimum of 6 years of full-cycle payroll experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting or combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with HRIS software such as Ultimate Software, ADP, and SAP Success Factors.
• Proficient with Oracle Netsuite and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of International, US federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees and management.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude, high organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to produce accurate results.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Nice to Have:

• CPP Designation a plus but not required
• International payroll experience

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $64,900 - $81,000
