The Specialist, Financial Systems Support plays a critical role in financial systems by supporting the financial systems user base. This person will possess a strong understanding of financial systems, accounting processes, financial processes, and operational processes, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Providing end user support through troubleshooting technical issues in a timely manner with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. This includes setting up system access, updating system access permissions, disabling system access, diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting user issues within financial systems, to ensure an optimal working environment.
About the Role:
Incident Management:
- Handle and resolve user issues promptly.
- Ticketing/Help Request System: Resolve complex support requests using a ticketing/help request system.
Global User Support:
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable user assistance.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any system-related issues.
Knowledge Management:
- Ensuring all user guides, frequently asked questions and process documents are of a high standard and provide quality information to our users and team members.
- Collaboration: Ensuring all employees can use finance system technologies and proposing new and innovative ways to enhance productivity through collaboration.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks related to financial systems and processes as needed.
- Stay informed with current and upcoming technologies.
About You:
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Solid technical background with proven problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with global users.
- Effectively manage projects from end to end.
- Knowledgeable in the following applications or similar applications: Avalara, Avalara ECM, Celigo, Concur, Coupa, FloQast, Navan, NetSuite, and Salesforce, Stripe
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar systems support role
- Relevant degree or certification in accounting.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base salary range: $64,900 - $81,000 + Annual bonus
