Solution Managers support the Center of Excellence in their assigned domain/solution area. As owners of overarching system design and functionality, they are responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the integrated systems and tools that support core business processes across the organization. They serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams; translating requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that enable revenue, operations, and customer-facing teams. This role leads discovery, solution design, and project delivery for enhancements and new systems, ensuring data integrity, adoption, and alignment with enterprise architecture and strategy. In addition, they continuously evaluate system performance to encourage process improvements, automation opportunities, and ROI on technology investments.
About the Role:
- Owns the overarching system functionality and capabilities of their area, using stakeholder partnerships to facilitate system improvements and drive adoption.
- Partners with Systems Specialists to evaluate technical feasibility, system constraints, and upstream/downstream impacts, designing scalable, best-practice workflows and rules.
- Leads relevant system capabilities development roadmaps, driving key business outcomes through capabilities prioritization and backlog management. Communicates roadmap strategy to leadership and stakeholders.
- Works with stakeholders to identify & document business needs, develop acceptance criteria for new functionality, and communicate project progress
- Partners with business stakeholders to identify and develop requirements for continuous process and system improvement. Supports light system configuration and basic administrative activities when appropriate.
- Manages feature releases by coordinating UAT work planning and tester identification. Documents acceptance criteria & capabilities sign-offs. Escalates readiness concerns.
- Documents business requirements for system access, data visibility and usage, and role-based workflows. Partners with Systems Specialists to ensure technical implementation of security protocol.
- Tracks KPIs for assigned area, maintaining health cards and validating the business impact of work performed.
- Creates and maintains documentation of user stories, acceptance criteria, decision logs, UAT plans, project scope, and business processes.
About You:
- Mid-level experience in business systems, business analysis, solution management, platform administration, operations enablement, process improvement, or a related field. Preferably experience in a high-volume subscription software context.
- Success in this role requires a blend of technical, analytical, and people skills, with a strong emphasis on business-process thinking, project delivery, and leadership.
- Ability to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements, translate business problems into system capabilities, and map processes across functions.
- Comfort using visual and model-driven analysis (process maps, data models, context diagrams) to align business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Deep understanding of the key systems in scope (e.g., CRM/ERP, marketing automation, financial systems, data platforms), including configuration patterns and constraints.
- Proficiency with relational data concepts, reporting/analytics tools, and common integration approaches to facilitate effective partnerships with engineers and admins.
- Skilled in designing end-to-end solutions across CRM/ERP and adjacent SaaS tools, including integration points, data flows, and control mechanisms.
- Capacity to evaluate alternatives, assess tradeoffs (cost, complexity, risk), and propose roadmaps that align with business strategy.
- Ability to lead initiatives from discovery through rollout, including scoping, planning, risk management, and dependency coordination.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $91,600-$114,500
