Remote US: Focus on the Pacific time zone. This role will be supporting Pacific time zone hours with occasional evening hours to support the APAC region. 

 

About the Role: 

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Trainer to deliver impactful training experiences to customers in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. As a subject matter expert in Bluebeam products, you will provide both remote and on-site instruction tailored to the unique needs of each audience. You’ll use a variety of delivery methods—including webinars, online courses, interactive virtual classrooms, full-day in-person sessions, and certification programs—to ensure customers gain the knowledge and confidence to succeed with our tools.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality software training both in-person and virtually, adapting content and delivery to suit varying skill levels and learning styles.
  • Present with clarity, enthusiasm, and professionalism, demonstrating strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
  • Utilize a range of virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar, Microsoft Teams) to conduct interactive training sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to assess training needs and customize content accordingly.
  • Lead or contribute to small projects such as developing new training modules, conducting product research, or managing sub-programs.
  • Travel up to 30% to deliver on-site training and support customer engagements.

 

About You:

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering technical or software training, or other relevant educational experience. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time and priorities independently.
  • Comfortable using and troubleshooting AV equipment (e.g., projectors, adapters, cables).

Soft Skills:

  • Naturally curious and eager to learn and grow.
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
  • Professional maturity and a collaborative spirit.
  • Strong listening skills and a consultative approach to customer interactions.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong technical aptitude for learning and utilizing new software and platforms. 
  • Familiarity with the AEC industry or willingness to develop domain knowledge within 6 months.
  • Ability to become fluent in Bluebeam’s products and services within 6 months.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base salary range for this position is $64,900 - $81,000
