At Bluebeam, we empower people to advance the way the world is built. We create smart software solutions that make construction sites more efficient, connected, and safe and improve the lives of design and construction professionals everywhere.
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for building next-generation product platform features that improve adoption, conversion, and retention across Bluebeam's user base. The role builds the administrative and account-management workflows that enterprise customers depend on to deploy, govern, and secure Bluebeam at scale in support of Bluebeam Max adoption, establishes strategic plays that strengthen enterprise and customer admin workflows through new innovation and AI capabilities, and contributes evidence-based recommendations to the portfolio roadmap.
What you'll do:
- Owns the roadmap for a defined platform area end to end, from problem framing through release and adoption measurement, and can defend the rationale behind every item on it
- Identifies the most impactful problems to solve within the area, including foundational platform work that is not immediately visible to customers, and makes the case for that investment with evidence
- Defines the requirements for shared identity, entitlement, and access services so that licensing, session, and permission behavior is consistent and enforceable across Revu, web, and mobile
- Advances the security posture of the owned area, partnering with security and engineering on permission models, access controls, and remediation, and weighing customer impact against risk
- Leads the extraction of shared capabilities out of individual applications into centrally governed services, so that permissions and access controls behave predictably portfolio-wide
- Builds the administrative and account-management workflows enterprise customers depend on to deploy, govern, and secure Bluebeam at scale, improving adoption, conversion, and retention in support of Bluebeam Max
- Establishes strategic plays that strengthen enterprise and customer admin workflows through new innovation and AI capabilities, defining the expected behavior, failure modes, and controls admins need to stay in charge of the outcome
- Writes product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering and design can act on without rework, including the edge cases and segments easy to miss
- Balances feature delivery against technical and foundational investment, and pushes back with a clear rationale on requests that do not fit the strategy
- Partners daily with engineering and design in an Agile/Scrum environment, co-owning delivery accountability with the engineering manager and prioritizing features, bugs, and technical debt
- Owns the reporting and insight capabilities within the area, defining how product, subscription, and usage data reaches the internal teams and customers who depend on it
- Analyzes product usage data to size problems, prioritize work, recognize patterns in customer behavior, and evaluate whether shipped work achieved its intended outcome
- Anticipates delivery and platform risks before they become escalations, sequencing cross-team dependencies early rather than absorbing them late
- Conducts customer interviews and validation sessions, synthesizing what is heard into themes and recommendations rather than raw notes
- Represents the area in cross-functional and leadership forums without preparation support, and communicates strategy and context proactively to the team and leadership
- Defines and helps deliver the go-to-market elements required to roll out owned capabilities, including release notes, demos, and internal enablement materials
- Mentors product managers and associate product managers, and brings relevant industry, competitive, and AI technology trends back into product directio
