We are looking for an Senior Performance Engineer to join our team!
About the Role
- Design, implement, and maintain performance testing strategies and frameworks to evaluate system scalability, responsiveness, and stability under varying loads.
- Integrate load and performance tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure early detection of regressions and continuous performance validation.
- Partner with other departments to define performance goals, share findings, and support performance-related standards.
- Analyze test results to detect system bottlenecks, memory leaks, or inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations to development and DevOps teams.
- Leverage automated tools to collect and analyze performance data to provide clear datadriven reports. Produce documentation on performance test plans, metrics, and benchmarks.
About You
- Hands-on experience with AWS services relevant to performance testing and monitoring (e.g., EC2, CloudWatch, ELB, Auto Scaling, S3).
- Solid grasp of distributed systems architecture, application workflows, and infrastructure components to identify performance impacts and optimize system behavior under load.
- Skilled in writing code for load & performance testing, data generation, and result processing (e.g., in JS, TS, Python, C#).
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as k6, Apache JMeter, and similar frameworks for load, stress, and scalability testing.
- Hands-on experience integrating performance tests into pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Strong skills in analyzing performance metrics using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, OpenSearch or similar observability platforms.
- Well-versed in interpreting complex performance data and presenting findings through automated reports and dashboards using tools like Pandas, Grafana, and related visualization or dataprocessing frameworks.
- Excellent communication.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $110,000 - $150,000
