About the Role

Conduct regular audits of Marketo systems, identifying and addressing issues while ensuring best practices in marketing automation.

Lead the evaluation and optimization of complex implementations of marketing and sales technology environments based on deep expertise and knowledge of best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new pilot programs driving business growth and maximize the value of Marketing Automation

Lead the design and implementation of complex marketing automation solutions including multi-brand environments to enable standardization (via data architecture, templatization, reporting) and scale (via automation, dynamic personalization, data modeling)

Partnering with the Client to become an extension of their team to become an invaluable resource to them.

Manage all technical aspects of Marketo, including campaign execution, database optimization, lead management, and platform scalability.

Architect and implement Marketo integrations with other enterprise systems such as CRM, analytics, and content management platforms.

Develop and maintain scalable templates, workflows, and lead-nurturing programs.

Provide strategic leadership in data governance initiatives, ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Quantify the impact of marketing, sales, and services activities with Marketo reporting and KPI tracking.

Analyze marketing data to generate insights that inform decision-making and enhance campaign performance.

Mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional development.
About You
-
Expert level marketing automation experience, focusing on Adobe Marketo Engage.

Adobe Marketo Certified Expert (Solution Architect preferred)

Deep understanding of Marketing & Sales processes in mid-size and large enterprises B2B technology companies

Implementation of successful business strategies based on Marketo best practices

Experience in lead management, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing programs, enterprise-level campaign strategies, and email marketing best practices.

Proficiency in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and campaign optimization strategies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, multi-touch attribution models, with the ability to identify marketing trends and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities; capable of working with stakeholders at all levels.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. The base pay range for this position is: $150,000 - $190,000
