We are looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering to join our team!
About the Role
- Lead and mentor the quality engineering team, ensuring high performance and career growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in the team.
- Collaborate with other teams (Engineering, Product) to ensure that quality is considered at every phase of development, with an emphasis of “Shift Left” mindset.
- Identify potential quality risks early in the development cycle and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure that testing practices align with industry standards and practices.
- Oversee the execution of test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
- Evaluate test results and provide the detailed reports to stakeholders, ensuring issues are identified and resolved.
- Define and monitor key quality metrics (defect rates, test coverage, release quality, etc.).
- Report regularly to Senior management on quality status, risks, and overall performance.
- Implement continuous monitoring systems to track product quality after releases.
- Ensure that the organization adheres to regulatory and industry standards in its quality processes.
- Conduct regular audits to Test cases, test plans to assess validity and continuity, identify areas of improvements.
- Conducts Performance review for the team members.

Strong background in software testing methodologies (e.g., functional, automation, performance)

Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, etc.)

Expertise in project management tools (Jira, etc.)

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience in UI Automation or Backend Automation.
- Familiarity with product architecture, and technology stack.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. The base pay range for this position is: $125,000 – $175,000.
